Cancellations can be requested directly through the Ezapp platform (website or app) before the order or service enters the “Processing” or “Dispatched” stage.

Once the product has been shipped, or the service has commenced, cancellations are subject to category-specific terms.

a. Online Grocery

Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched for delivery.

Non-Cancellable: Orders that have been packed or dispatched.

If cancellation is successful, a full refund will be initiated within 7 business days.


b. Online Pharmacy

Orders can be canceled before they are processed and shipped.

Non-Cancellable:

Prescription medicines after processing.

Opened or partially used items.


Refunds for cancellations (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days.


c. Online Food Delivery

Cancellations can be requested before the restaurant starts preparing the order.

Non-Cancellable:

Orders already in preparation or dispatched for delivery.


If cancellation is allowed, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 2-5 business days.


d. Online Shopping

Orders can be canceled before shipment.

Non-Cancellable:

Customized or personalized items.

Orders marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Cancellable.”


If cancellation is successful, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.


e. Farming Products and Solutions

Cancellations are allowed before the product is dispatched.

Non-Cancellable:

Live plants, seeds, or other perishable farming items after dispatch.


Refunds for valid cancellations will be processed within 7 business days.


f. Parcel Services

Parcel bookings can be canceled before pickup is scheduled.

Non-Cancellable: Parcels already picked up or in transit.

If cancellation is allowed, a refund for the service fee (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days.


g. On-Demand Services (e.g., Car Rental services)

Cancellations are allowed up to 2 hours before the scheduled service time.

Non-Cancellable:

Services already started or completed.

Cancellation requests made after the professional has arrived at the location.


If cancellation is successful, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days, less any cancellation fees.

3. Select the order or service you wish to cancel.


4. Click on the Cancel option and provide a reason for cancellation.


5. You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation request.

6. Refund Process for Cancellations

Refunds for successful cancellations will be processed back to the original payment method.

Refund timelines may vary based on the payment method:

Online Payments: Processed within 7-10 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Processed via bank transfer or wallet credit within 10-15 business days.

7. Non-Cancellation Scenarios

Orders or services explicitly marked as “Non-Cancellable.”

Products or services already in the final stages of processing, shipment, or completion.

Cancellations requested outside the time frames specified in this policy.
